Bring one cup of water to a boil, then turn off heat and add chicory and dandelion root. Steep for 5 minutes.
While the root coffee is steeping, steam milk.
Strain root coffee into a mug, stir in Maca, collagen, and sweetener to taste.
Top off with steamed milk and enjoy!
