These paleo, gluten-free biscuits are easy to make and so much better for you than store-bought gluten-free baked goods! Make these to go with gravy, fried eggs, or just butter and honey.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or mixer. Mix well.
Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Grease or butter a baking sheet. Drop large scoops of batter onto the pan, shaping with your hands. (They can be fairly close together)
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. (It might take up to 30 minutes)
Store baked biscuits in the fridge.
