Fluffy gluten-free biscuits

These paleo, gluten-free biscuits are easy to make and so much better for you than store-bought gluten-free baked goods! Make these to go with gravy, fried eggs, or just butter and honey.

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 2 tsp xylitol (optional)
  • 2 tbs psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Wet ingredients

  • 4 tbs butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 4 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or mixer. Mix well.

  3. Add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

  4. Grease or butter a baking sheet. Drop large scoops of batter onto the pan, shaping with your hands. (They can be fairly close together)

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. (It might take up to 30 minutes)
